Gina Flores
AI growth marketing consultant. Founder of U-topic Marketing. Toronto, Canada.
13+ years in marketing, including in-house roles at B2B and B2C companies across Spain, Honduras, the US and Canada. Educated at York University.
I help schools, clinics and professional firms fill their calendar, without losing another lead and without adding another person to their marketing payroll. I lead the strategy personally, with a team of four behind the execution, and I work in English and Spanish.
I learned how these decisions get made from the inside.
My career started in-house. Marketing, positioning, communications and brand growth at Siemens in Spain, at Argos and Puma Energy, and at St. George International College here in Toronto.
That's where I learned the part most agencies never see: how a marketing decision actually gets made. Budgets set a year in advance. Boards that need a number, not a mood board. Approval cycles that don't care about anyone's content calendar.
Across all of those businesses, the same thing kept happening. There was content, there was effort, there was intention. What was missing was the connection between strategy, message, lead capture, follow-up and conversion. Every piece worked on its own, and none of them worked together.
What I actually do with AI
I don't treat AI as a trend or an accessory. Here is the specific job it does.
Automated flows answer the moment someone writes, at any hour, in English or Spanish. AI is what builds and trains those flows on your real enquiries, so the replies sound like your brand.
Behind that, I run marketing assistants trained on your business: content ideas, video scripts, campaign angles, competitor reading. They draft. I decide.
That's why a team of four can run what used to take a department, and why you don't have to build one.

Strategy still starts with listening
Before I recommend anything, I read. Your last months of enquiries, what people actually asked, where the conversations stopped. Your competitors, to find what nobody is saying.
Every plan gets built from what I find there. A school in its admissions season and a clinic trying to fill next week's schedule are solving different problems, on different calendars, for different people.
That's the part that doesn't get automated.
U-topic started from one idea: you are the topic.
Strategic systems centred on your brand.
